Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:- Managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate client relationships while ensuring excellent customer service. Creating interest in new products and services by building relationships and managing networks. Meeting and talking regularly with your top introducers and prospects to offer the right products and services to clients. Seeking out opportunities to meet with clients and potential prospects. Assisting in assessing client risk. Ensuring all processes are in accordance with procedures and all checks completed. Building and maintaining a clear understanding of the bank risk appetite, policies, and guidelines.

Qualifications:-


•    3+ years of experience in a front office client relationship role or equivalent.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, risk awareness, and compliance orientation.
•    A successful track record of collaborating effectively within a team and working to meet financial targets.
•    A proactive approach, suggesting new ideas/ innovation/ process change to deliver for client requirements.
•    (Preferred) Relevant minimum Level 4 qualification e.g., RDR Investment, STEP, CeMAP etc.
