You will :- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings Provide general administrative support to various departments

Qualifications:-

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
