HR Consultant

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real difference? We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Consultant to join our friendly and growing team on a full-time basis. This is a varied and rewarding role, working closely with a wide range of clients across different sectors to provide practical, compliant and people-focused HR support. You'll build trusted relationships, help clients navigate complex people matters, and deliver tailored solutions that make a genuine impact on their businesses. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality HR advice and exceptional client service.

Hours: Full Time Job Types: Permanent Sectors: HR & Training

What we're looking for:

  • Strong HR generalist experience, ideally at HR Manager level
  • Solid knowledge of Jersey employment law
  • Confidence handling ER cases end-to-end
  • A proactive, commercial, and client-focused mindset
  • MCIPD (or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
