HR Business Partner

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner to join their team in Jersey. As part of a global HR function, you will support the delivery of a people-focused strategy by partnering with leaders to address business-specific needs and deliver expert HR services. This role involves managing employee relations, engagement, recruitment, talent management, reward, and change initiatives. You will coach managers, support performance cycles, and contribute to strategic decisions around promotions and succession planning.

Hours: Full Time Job Types: Permanent Sectors: HR & Training

Key responsibilities include advising on employee relations, supporting engagement and resource planning, implementing growth initiatives, and tailoring global HR programmes to local needs. You will also help manage salary and bonus reviews and contribute to diversity and organisational development.

Essential requirements include CIPD qualification, proven HR generalist experience (preferably in legal or partnership environments), strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a collaborative, commercially aware approach.
