Sarah brings a wealth of experience from a diverse career spanning the arts and finance sectors.

She began her professional journey in finance, spending over a decade in the industry. In 1993, she embraced a new challenge, founding the Jersey Arts Trust (now ArtsHouse Jersey). As CEO for seven years, Sarah collaborated with local arts and crafts organisations, directed arts festivals, and led the fundraising campaign to secure the Jersey Opera House for the community.

After her tenure in the arts, Sarah returned to finance with JTC Group. She advanced to Associate Director, excelling across Private Wealth, Corporate, and Funds Administration.

In recent years, Sarah ventured into retail, acquiring and rebranding a business she is now growing.

Joining HR Now offers Sarah a fresh perspective on HR operations, which she finds both engaging and rewarding.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys life with her two grown-up sons and two dogs. Her passions include horses, theatre, visual arts, dance, film, reading, and travelling.
