Having commenced her career in the hospitality industry in Jersey, she later ventured to the UK before returning to the island in 2017 with her family. Upon her return, she assumed the role of Group HR Manager for Dolan Hotels.

In 2022, she established her own recruitment agency specializing in the hospitality industry, focusing on sourcing suitable candidates and aiding managers throughout the recruitment process. Over time, the scope of her business expanded to include offering HR advice to small local enterprises, encompassing recruitment, onboarding procedures, interviews, contract management, appraisals, and disciplinary matters. Additionally, she managed the Work Permit platform for the Jersey Hospitality Association, facilitating immigration permissions for individuals seeking employment in Jersey.

Joining HR Now in September as an HR advisor, she aspires to enhance her comprehensive knowledge with the support of the proficient team. HR Now serves as a platform for her to continue supporting small local businesses and cater to the HR requirements of new clients.

Her areas of expertise include managing work permit queries arising from the cessation of free movement between the United Kingdom and the European Union as of December 31, 2020. Collaborating with various associations in Jersey, she adeptly handles work permit matters and remains available at HR Now to assist businesses with their permit inquiries.

She finds fulfillment in the recruitment and onboarding aspects of HR, contributing to the seamless integration of new employees into organizations by facilitating the provision of necessary resources for their roles.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and dog at the beach and cooking on the bbq.
