She has now combined that experience with HR Now team's expertise, to lead HR4HR, Jersey's only specialist HR recruitment agency which has now evolved by extending the remit to include a wide range of roles within the finance industry. 

Geraldine is results driven with 30 years experience in talent acquisition and human resources.  She has a proven track records of successfully identifying and hiring top-tier talent across diverse industries. Adept at managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding. Strong interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
