Legal and Office Administrator

Our client is looking for an Administrator who will work collaboratively with the Legal & Compliance and HR team. You will assist with the collation and organisation of board packs for internal committee meetings and fund boards whilst supporting the HR team with wider office administration tasks.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
  • Computer literate – especially in Excel, as well as familiarity with electronic document management and filing systems.
  • Ability to work, manage and prioritise work under time-constraints.
  • Previous Legal/Office Administration experience/ knowledge would be useful.
  • High level of discretion with confidential matters.
  • Excellent demonstrable organisation and attention to detail/ accuracy.
