Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation with at least 5 working days’ notice – 100% refund
2. Cancellation within 3 working days – 50% refund or the option to move to an alternative date (subject to availability)
3. Cancellation within 48 hours of the session – no refund

If you're unable to attend, you're very welcome to transfer your place to a colleague for the same session date at no extra cost.

This policy helps us ensure that spaces are used effectively and that others on the waiting list can attend.
