Key responsibilities:-
Ensure the smooth running of global learning and development offerings by managing event and programme schedules and logistics, supplier co-ordination, and individual learner queries.
Provide support to our learners who are pursuing external training and professional qualifications.
Maintain development-related processes and policies.
Support with the creation of learning materials.
Ensure detailed records of training spend and participation in external courses, coaching and professional qualifications are maintained.
