Skills Knowledge and Experience :-

 Good working knowledge of SIGMA Payroll System and People Inc. HR system

  • Remain calm and positive when working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Highly accurate
  • Able to prioritise work and able to work under own initiative
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to produce reports efficiently when required
  • Ensures filing is accurate and up to date
  • Able to process all information received and update all databases on an on-going monthly basis
  • Ability to relate and work as part of the team and build effective working relationship with colleagues
  • Communicate and is comfortable with people at all levels both external and internal customers
