Part time Payroll Administrator
Skills Knowledge and Experience :-
Good working knowledge of SIGMA Payroll System and People Inc. HR system
- Remain calm and positive when working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Highly accurate
- Able to prioritise work and able to work under own initiative
- Demonstrate computer literacy and has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to produce reports efficiently when required
- Ensures filing is accurate and up to date
- Able to process all information received and update all databases on an on-going monthly basis
- Ability to relate and work as part of the team and build effective working relationship with colleagues
- Communicate and is comfortable with people at all levels both external and internal customers
