Brand & Campaign Manager

Visit Jersey is the strategic body for inbound tourism, responsible for marketing Jersey to grow the visitor economy. Our mission is to promote tourism to and within Jersey in an innovative, economic and efficient way, delivering on our vision of a vibrant sustainable tourism industry. As the Brand and Campaign Manager you will be directly responsible for the planning and delivery of best-in-class ATL advertising campaigns, strategic content planning, including email and social communications, as well as making sure our branding adheres to the brand guidelines. Jersey is a place that’s familiar, yet ever so slightly exotic and the Brand and Campaign Manager’s role is to inspire and ignite a passion for Jersey where travellers can discover just how special our island is.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field with a minimum of five+ years’ work experience.

Demonstrable work experience in campaign marketing and strategic planning,
ideally within the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry, but this is not essential.

Be our storyteller, develop inspirational marketing copy and content to achieve maximum standout.

Solid working knowledge of setting up and using CRM solution platforms such as dotdigital to develop and build email campaigns.

Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

Commercial acumen, able to analyse and interpret data, market potential and
marketing performance.
