AVP/ Business Partner

Our client a leading independent offshore bank and trust company is looking to recruit an experienced and confident AVP/ Business Partner to join their HR team. You will provide generalist HR support, guidance and solutions for employees of the Group whilst liaising with managers and members of the Exco committee.

Requirements: -

5 years proven HR experience at an Advisory level preferably within the Finance industry
CIPD Qualified or Graduate level degree desirable
Client focus coupled with the ability to manage across multiple stakeholders within the business
Excellent administration skills, with a high degree of numeracy and literacy.
Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
