Recruitment Advisor

Our client is looking to recruit an Advisor to be responsible for administering applications received together with screening candidates against job and person specifications at all levels together with conducting first stage interviews with hiring managers,


  • ​2 years experience in a recruitment or human resources role
  • Ideally experience of working within a professional services firm, although not essential
  • Excellent people and communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent at building relationships
  • Ideally, hold a relevant at least Level 5HR or Recruitment qualification
  • Experience with the application tracking system would be advantageous
