Requirement:-
At least 2 years’ managerial experience in a recruitment role, experience of onboarding multiple candidates at once and ideally to different jurisdictions. You will manage the recruitment function and two members of the team, together with supporting the Head of People with the delivery of the recruitment strategy across Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the student recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent, attending career and university fairs and be creative in thinking of new ways to attract talent.
You will also be responsible for senior hires into the business.
